This Privacy Policy explains how Afiliano Marketing, a brand of Northline Group LTDA ("we", "us"), handles information on the website afilianomarketing.shop and in our internal tool Afiliano Ads Console.

1. Who uses Afiliano Ads Console

Afiliano Ads Console is used only by members of our own team to manage Google Ads accounts owned by our company. It is not offered to the public or to other businesses.

2. Google user data we access

When a team member signs in with Google, the tool requests the Google Ads scope (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords). With this authorization it can access:

• The list of Google Ads accounts the signed-in user can access;
• Account, campaign, ad group, keyword and ad settings and performance metrics;
• The ability to create and modify campaigns, budgets, ad groups, keywords and ads in those accounts.

We do not request access to Gmail, Drive, Contacts or any other Google service.

3. How we use this data

Google Ads data is used only to report on and manage our own advertising campaigns. We do not use it for any other purpose, we do not use it for advertising profiles, and we do not sell, rent or share it with third parties.

4. Storage and security

OAuth credentials (refresh tokens) are stored only on our company computers, in files accessible to authorized team members. Reports are processed locally and are not uploaded to external servers. Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

5. Retention and deletion

We keep credentials only while a team member needs access. When access is no longer needed, the stored credentials are deleted and the authorization is revoked. To request deletion of any data, write to the email below.

6. Google API Services User Data Policy

Afiliano Ads Console's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

7. Website visitors

This website does not use advertising cookies and does not collect personal data through forms. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security purposes.
